Payment and Delivery

Paying for your order with us is just as secure and convenient as the entire ordering process in our online shop. We offer the following payment options:

• via PayPal (PayPal, PayPal instalment plan for orders of €199 or more, credit card, SEPA direct debit)
  . Delivery takes place immediately upon receipt of the PayPal payment confirmation.

  Prepayment: Delivery takes place immediately upon receipt of payment.

Delivery charges

Delivery of items in stock takes place within 24 hours on working days. Should an item be out of stock, we will inform you and deliver the item as soon as possible.

• Within the EU: A delivery charge of 9.50 euros applies within
  the EU.

• Outside the EU
  : Outside the EU, a delivery charge of 15 euros applies. Deliveries to non-EU countries are always VAT-free. Please note that additional import duties and taxes may also apply; the amount of these depends on the import regulations of the recipient country and is levied by the relevant customs office. You can obtain further information from your local customs office.
  For shipments to Switzerland or Liechtenstein, DHL charges the recipient directly a flat-rate customs clearance fee of approximately €22.00 to €25.00 for the first 3 product items (lines).
